SiteFlow, built as ConstructionX, is a management application for a construction company. Workers, vehicles, tools and housing are assigned to sites for a period, hours are logged per day, and the system tracks medical examinations, certificates, registrations and insurance and warns before they expire.
I built the frontend. Filip Radotović built the .NET backend. It was made for ZB Consulting.
Context
- A construction company runs several sites at once and moves workers, vans and tools between them every week. Who is where, which van has a valid registration and whose medical examination expires next month lived in spreadsheets and in people's heads.
What I built
- The React frontend: feature modules for sites, assignments, work hours, vehicles, tools, housing, examinations, certificates, reports and administration.
- Weekly assignment schedule per worker with vehicle and tool, and a three-step work-hours entry for a whole crew at once.
- Data grids, date range pickers and charts on MUI X Pro, with Excel import and export on most lists.
- Map of sites and housing with routes between them (MapLibre), and realtime notifications over SignalR.
- PWA setup so the app installs on a phone and updates itself; roles that show only the modules a user may use.
How it works
- A worker cannot be on two sites in the same period; the backend rejects overlapping assignments.
- Every day at 7:30 the system mails a list of examinations and certificates that expire in the next 14 days, in the company's language.
- Each company is a tenant with its own database, logo and subscription date.
- Six PDF reports: workers, vehicles, tools, sites, hours per site and hours per worker.
Screens
Screens show demo data.
Sites, workers, tools, vehicles and housing in numbers. Sites by status. Period, manager, location and everything assigned to the site. Who is where this week, with which vehicle and tool. Hours per worker and site, entered for a whole crew at once. Fleet with repairs, registrations and insurance. Installed on a phone as a PWA.
Outcome
- Built for ZB Consulting; interface and e-mails in Croatian, English and German.
- Installs on a phone as a PWA, with realtime notifications.
- Screenshots show demo data.
